| Since 1981, Records Research, Inc. (RRI) has provided a public record retrieval service, specializing in California Department of Motor Vehicles
(CA DMV) records. RRI’s services include instant access to California driving records and vehicle searches (MVRs). Features of our service include standardized report formats and violation decoding.
CA DMV records are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. RRI has no set up charge or monthly fees, you only pay for the records you order on a monthly basis. Access to CA DMV records is easy.
First, clients must have an established Commercial Account with the CA DMV. If you currently do not have an account with the DMV, the account application can be located under the “Forms” tab on our
website. When your business has received approval and the applicable Requester Codes from the CA DMV, an account can be established with RRI. Our account application is also located on our website under “Forms”. RRI also provides the following services: driving and vehicle records from most other states, as authorized by the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act and individual State laws and regulations; California Corporate
information obtained from the Secretary of State’s office; and California property searches. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always available to answer questions and provide technical support.
